Nicole Gastonguay is a self-taught crocheter (is that the word for it?) who learned how to make her patterns by reading Crocheting for Dummies. [via]

Despite knowing only one stitch pattern, Nicole has managed to create quite a large fan base for her cute crocheted works of art which include animals, creatures, still objects, and food. Her “toys” are simple and remarkable and you can view them all on her Flickr page.

Unfortunately, all of her creations are currently unavailable in her online shop (I wanted a cheeseburger…).
