Volvo 9700 bus ESP (electronic stability program) test

I found this test video of the ESP on a Volvo 9700 to be quite interesting. For some reason, it just never occurred to me that a large bus would have a similar type of stability control system as a small vehicle.

This demonstration video shows how a bus equipped with ESP is able to maneuver far better on varying road conditions than a bus without it. The differences are great between the two. So next time you’re traveling by bus, know that you’ll be relatively safe in a Volvo 9700.
