GuerilLA Improv (is that the official website?), LA’s version of Improv Everywhere, used one of Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade crosswalk countdown timers as a means to celebrate the New Year.
You can bet this will be done in NYC when crosswalks with countdown timers become a regular thing.
