This is great for those occassions when you crave a piece of cake but you don’t want to bother making an entire cake for yourself. A piece is fine, and this recipe makes just that.
I haven’t tried this for myself yet, but it seems to work just as it should. No word however on how different a microwaved cake tastes when compared to a baked cake. If the difference in taste isn’t that great, then I’d say this is a recipe winner in my book!
