WANT: Microsoft Arc cordless mouse

I think I already know what I want for Christmas.

Shown above and below are images of the Microsoft Arc cordless computer mouse, a gorgeous piece of hardware that is well-suited for the person who is always on the go.

The back portion of the Arc mouse folds in to make the entire device as compact as possible so that you can stuff it into your bag or laptop case without taking up too much space. When the back portion of the mouse is extended, the center of the mouse becomes elevated with a hollow space that lifts the hand into a comfortable sitting position.

I’ve always loved Microsoft peripherals, especially their mice (mouses?), and I have no doubt that I’ll find this one quite satisfying as well.

The Arc mouse is set to be released sometime during the 2008 holiday season for about $59.95.
