Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics begins today
In about 8 hours or so (from the time of this post), the 2008 Olympics hosted by Beijing will commence opening ceremonies, marking the beginning of a little more than 2 weeks of international competition!
Opening ceremonies will begin in Beijing, China at 8PM on August 8, 2008 (8/8/08). This means that if you want to catch it as a live broadcast in the US (or anywhere else for that matter), you’ll need to figure out what time that is in your time zone. Here’s a handy time chart that’s already converted for many major cities around the world.
