Google (and YouTube) help you keep track of Olympic Games

Google has launched a dedicated Beijing 2008 Olympic Games website to help you keep track of stats and events.

Google-owned YouTube also has a YouTube page dedicated to various videos of the Olympic games and events. The YouTube channel is a collection of a variety of sources including, Reuters, The Associated Press, The New York Times, Getty Images, and other international news sources.

If you missed the opening ceremonies today, catch a recap over at the Opening Ceremony section of the official Beijing 2008 Olympics website.

Also, if you’re in the United States, you can legally watch the entire Olympics online for free at NBCOlympics.com as well as view relatively large photos (but not big enough for my tastes) in their photo gallery. NBC will be broadcasting the opening ceremony at 7:30PM EST tonight.
