I can’t understand a word Batman says

If you’ve seen the most recent Batman films (Batman Begins and The Dark Knight), you may have noticed that Bruce Wayne has quite an odd sounding voice when he becomes Batman. It’s a very hoarse, low, and airy voice that really distracts you from the whole movie I think. I mean, I understand that Bruce Wayne and Batman can’t sound exactly the same, but I mean, that doesn’t mean Batman has to sound stupid, right? I’d much rather prefer Bruce Wayne to have the voice that Batman has.
