7 hours after the initial start of the blackout in 2003
Man, I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since that awesome, awesome, awesome night of darkness! I have wished for another city-wide blackout ever since that summer.There are a couple of more weeks left until the end of this summer, and I’m still hoping for another power outage in some form.
