The Academy Is… - Fast Times At Barrington High

Wow, I am so loving Fast Times At Barrington High by The Academy Is. It’s their newest release that’s scheduled to hit stores on August 19, 2008. Like just about every single major release, the album has started to hit stock rooms early and people have leaked the album in its entirety online. But that shouldn’t matter much because the entire album has been streaming on their Myspace page for a while now.

Personally, I think this album is their best effort yet, and critics and fellow musicians seem to agree (from what I’ve been reading).

Summer Hair=Forever Young

I totally recommend listening to “About A Girl”, “His Girl Friday”, “Automatic Eyes”, “Paper Chase”, and “One More Weekend”. Heck, that’s pretty much all the tracks anyway. Just listen to the whole thing. It’s good!
