Economy Candy store on Rivington Street

I love New York City because I can live here for such a long time and still find little gems around the city that I’ve never heard about. Yesterday’s adventures in the city led me to Economy Candy, a store that’s a gazillion times better than Dylan’s Candy Bar but at the same time also a gazillion times smaller.

Economy Candy is located on Rivington Street and sits right at the center of the block between Ludlow and Essex Streets. Step inside and you are presented with a world full of sweet goods, both popular today and yesterday. I had so much fun just browsing the shelves stocked full of candy. There was a lot of candy there that I thought had been discontinued, but to my surprise was available there in quantities beyond my comprehension.

If you’re itching for a sweet treat or you just want to roll your mind back to childhood, definitely hit up the Economy Candy store on Rivington. You won’t be disappointed!
