The rumored successor to Canon’s 40D has been leaked by a Chinese website or MediaTemple (depending on who you believe). The new digital SLR camera, called the EOS 50D in America, is pretty impressive in specs.

Photography Bay has posted a test shot of a rally car at ISO 1600 from the 50D and it looks amazingly clear with very little to no noticeable grain or noise.

And for those of you who are looking to buy this camera, you’ll be happy to know that it comes in a package kit that includes a EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens. Whoo!
