Go Go Curry take out

Flo and I had dinner 2 nights ago at Go Go Curry in Midtown. It’s a trip to go and order food there, mainly because the Japanese restaurant is OBSESSED with New York Yankees left-fielder Hideki Matsui and the number 5. Seriously, the entire restaurant is decked out in the number 5. The phone number to the place ends in “5555″, the hours of business are 10:55AM to 9:55PM, and there’s even a random donated Jersey on the walls that’s supposedly up simply because it has the number 5 on it. When the Japanese like something, they really want you to know that they like it.

Anyway, the take away dish shown above is the Grand Slam and it feeds 2 people just right. Flo and I were quite satisfied with the meal. I really want to go back to eat their other curry dishes. Japanese curry is so tasty!
