Hungry Jack’s Stackers are making Australian health officials mad

Hungry Jack’s, the Australian version of the Burger King franchise, has this sandwich burger combo that allows you to stack up to 4 beef patties to make a giant burger. These sandwiches are called Stackers and Australian health officials are calling the meal irresponsible of the company.
While many other fast-food restaurants in Australia have been moving towards a more health-concious menu, Hungry Jack’s seems to disregard any health concerns whatsoever with its ever-expanding menu. But who’s to blame, especially when Hungry Jack’s is taking its health cues from its American couterpart, Burger King, who introduced a similar sandwich in 2006.
Here’s the Hungry Jack’s commercial for the Stackers.
