Those of you who read this blog know that I’m a sucker for hi-res imagery and photos. I was poking around the US Navy website looking at some images earlier this afternoon and I came across the website for Defense Imagery, a United States Military website with the sole purpose of providing all sorts of media (still and moving) to the masses.
Every single image hosted by Defense Imagery comes with a complete description and an option to download an image in several sizes.
As you might have guessed, this website is pure ecstasy. Go on over there and get your close-up dose of US Military photos now.
