A couple of weeks back, a friend told me about the Ringling College of Art and Design Viewbook that they use to recruit students into the school and how it was such a beautiful piece of work just by itself. I took a look at the RIngling College website and I was floored by the work that was being showcased. The school which is located in Sarasota, FL seems to be on the forefront of art and design with students who are creating work that is just stunning. I mean, even the viewbook, which is traditionally a piece of crap, is a work of art!
I have to say, the Ringling College of Art and Design viewbook is a welcome addition to my bookshelf. It’s not really a book of intellectual studies or anything like that, but it sure does give me inspiration page by page.

got my copy today… pretty darn nice! they’re not cheap to produce, so whoever’s funding the school’s got some deep pockets.
Oh i fall in love of the book when i saw it here, i had been looking for art school in diferent country, and when i was searching information about this collage i end here… i order one but they just send me the red one :S… i dont know it is becouse it was out of the country
Is this really for free? It’s my homework to search for Art and design books. I found this site and thought it was pretty cool because of the book which I can get it for free. . I am in college taking up Interior Design. At least I will not get in any trouble if I have to pay it. :] thanks.
