The Ampersand Shoppe is selling a nice and plain gray T-shirt with a simple ampersand silk-screened on the front. You can choose from a variety of ampersand styles taken from several different fonts and typefaces.
At $25, these are a moderately priced commodity that show off just where you stand on typography. Nice, I’d like one.
I have to say Times New Roman is my fave.

I can’t imagine their sales are through the roof, but it’s refreshing to see a store so devoted to ampersand t-shirts. Franklin Gothic is my favorite font family; I’m glad to see that they have an ampersand shirt in that font. Wikipedia has a great article on the ampersand.

I highly recommend you do NOT order one of these t-shirts from this seller. In my case the t-shirt did not arrive. At first they were apologetic and claimed they would ship another one, however when I reported that neither first or the “second” t-shirt arrived, they stopped responding to my emails altogether. I’m now having to chase down a refund via my credit card company, what a waste of time!
