Skating with crutches

Wow, I love this music video from RJD2 for his song “Work It Out”. The video features a man on modified crutches (with rounded ends) that glides and skates around a city block in New York City.
I would love to know who the main guy in this video is and where I can go to see more of his videos and performances.
