Showroom H by Akihisa Hirata

Check out the pictures of this farm equipment showroom in Nigata, Japan. The structure is built by Akihisa Hirata and features building supports made by triangular concrete walls. The result makes for a structure that stands out both during the day and at night as the light peaks through the triangles.
I love how the equipment is so spread apart in the showroom. It makes me forget for a quick second that this place isn’t a house or garage (whether that’s a good thing for sales is another thing). But I do like how it gives each item it’s own stage to show itself off. If only there was enough space on this earth to make all showrooms as spacious as this…
