Clarence the blue puppet teaches kids about patience

First off, KR said it best: What ever happened to the best kids show ever? The TV show in question is Wonder Showzen, a comedy TV series which aired on MTV2 that looked a lot like a kids show but was obviously not for kids. It was skits like the one above that made me laugh and feel all uneasy while watching TV.
Secondly, where can I get a puppet like that for my hand?
