School bus driver chokes mentally disabled child

I can understand that sometimes mentally disabled children may be hard to handle, but my goodness, you don’t choke them and scare them half to death by screaming in their face. You’ve got a radio, call for extra assistance or something. Mentally disabled or not, you just don’t choke a child.
This Dallas bus driver has since resigned her position and is facing charges pending a grand jury decision.
