I feel obligated to let my readers know that the words underlined in double-solid green lines are ads.
Nothing more to say really. Complain to me via email if you really have strong opinions on it.

I’m not a fan of ads, so for my personal entertainment, I will pretend that you are doing this manually to add emphasis to certain words.
But really, these ads aren’t really very smart. In your last post, the double-underlined word “photos” showed me an ad for a yurt manufacturer. “Simple” showed me an ad for weight loss. I highlighted the word “single”, and it showed me an ad for a dating site, but then the word disappeared completely from the page!
Yeah, I agree. The ads aren’t the smartest in terms of context, but in the long run, they do sort of help keep the site running. At the moment, I just want to see how they do and whether or not people are successful in ignoring it.
I’m definitely not a fan of ads, so the first sign of proof that this isn’t a worthwhile method, I’ll be taking them off.
Thanks for the comment though! :)
dooby, 2 complaints: 1 – please get rid of that dancing window ad with the alert sound that wouldn’t stop. 2 – please get rid of those “full page” ads that hijacks your entire browser… both super annoying. so now you rely on ad revenues to keep the site going? where’s the fun?
Oh it’s still fun, haha. I’m just trying some different ways to make sure that Doobybrain stays afloat with the increase in traffic. I’ll fix those requests when I get home later.
