Flo brought over 4 packs of “America’s new favorite cookie” (I made that up, pay me if you use it) and I was able to compare the white US-package design to the brown-Australian package design.
The first thing you notice about the different Tim Tam packs is their color. I personally prefer the brown packaging because the cookies themselves are chocolate. I mean, the white packaging has the Tim Tam on the cover too, but the chocolate swirls on the Australian packaging are more salivating.
Other than the exterior packaging, the cookies are basically the same. They come in the same quantities per pack and are packaged inside in the exact same way. Anyway, to kick off the American launch of these babies, all Tim Tam cookies are currently on sale at Target. RUSH RUSH RUSH!
are they as yummy as the austrailian ones? and are they available exclusively at target? or can i find them at shaw’s?
as far as i know, they’re only at Target. but im sure some places have gotten their hands on it too (or reselling it somehow).
unfair! you can’t get them in Germany. I think actually, you can’t get them in WHOLE Europe!

I GOTTA SAY, I LOVE THE ADS! Banner ads, google ads, double underline text ads, pop up ads, full page ads taking over your whole site….. Your site has it all! Mind if i use your site as an example of a good site that’s being turned to crap? You can only do so much until your site starts being corrupt. And you passed that point! Imagine if the tv networks started airing 50 minutes of commercials every hour instead of the 20ish it does now! They could probably get away with it, but they don’t because it would be disgusting, and it would ruin the rest of the content they would air. But at least they would have more $$$!
I think I have all of those except pop-up ads. I should try those too so that this statement is 100% true.
are they really that amazing? maybe it’s more of a nostalgia thing for you. i still have cravings for british biscuits and stuff too. but i’ll look for them next time at Target anyway, just b/c you’ve made me so curious!

I have just move to the U.S.A and i love Tim Tams, so now that i know i can get then here i am going to buy some. I agree that the brown packaging is alot better, the white packet makes them look cheap and nasty!! Does anyone know how much they are at Target?
