If you haven’t seen them already, The New York Times has two images (posted here) of the new Spring 2009 campaign for Saks Fifth Avenue designed by Shepard Fairey. The designs are very much reminiscent of the work of Rodchenko, an artist often associated with Constructivist culture and design.
The bags may not jump out at you as being distinctly “Saks” at first, but there’s no doubt that its bold look will make you go closer for a better view.

ohh rodchenko.. that reminds me of photo history class this past term…
Lol.What is this: “ШДЛТ IT”???

Lol.What is this: “ШДЛТ IT”???
it is “Want it”
“ШДЛТ IT” it means “UPYACHKA IS NEAR” :-)
If one is to look at the Russian-English PC keyboard, “ШДЛТ” means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in any of the languages!! ШДЛТ corresponds to ILKN. The designer knew perfectly well how to make you all “think”.
Just look:
W -> Ш
A -> Д
n -> Л
T -> T
Ну вы и ебнутые)

UPYACHKA WATCHES YOU!
Онотоле наблюдае.
Для русскоговорящих – сами вы ебнутые. Если у нескольких англоговорящих возникают ассоциации с WANT, можно предположить, что это не просто случайность.

The Saks slogan, “Want It!” is printed in lettering similar to the graphic designs of Rodchenko, the Russian graphic designer who was one of the founders of Constructivism.
lol, can’t you see “want it” written upside down on a big bag?
