
Gap and Pantone have launched a colored T-shirt shop adjacent to its flagship store at 54th and 5th Ave. The Gap + Pantone collaboration features Gap’s iconic T-shirts in a variety of official Pantone colors, including Mimosa, which is Pantone’s official color for 2009.
The men’s T-shirts will sell for $18 while the women’s V-neck’s will go for $18.50. In addition, the shop is carrying the entire range of Pantone Universe products such as stationary, office supplies, books, and other accessories.
If you want to hit up the store, you can do so up until February 8, 2009. It is open everyday; Monday-Saturday from 10AM-9PM and Sunday from 11AM-7PM.

uniqlo had already collaborated with pantone a few years ago… my guess is, most people won’t care if a t-shirt is in PMS color or not… there’ll probably be a lot of mimosa’s on the sales rack in the few months.

why do women pay more for clothes when they’re getting less fabric???? V-necked shirts are missing a V amount of fabric!
