Snow Leopard will fix stupid problem of folders inside stacks

One of the stupidest things about Stacks in Mac OSX Leopard is that if you have a folder inside a stack, clicking on the folder will cause that folder to open up in Finder. I make stacks in my Dock so that I can get access to the contents of a folder quickly and with as little clutter as possible, and having these folders open as new Finder windows is really counter-productive (and not to mention a waste of desktop space too).

In this leaked video of the next update to OSX codenamed, you can see that “Snow Leopard” solves this problem by allowing folders within stacks to open as part of the stack as well. The previous folder’s contents are further miniaturized in the background while you work on the current top level folder. This is so much better.
