Drew Wright uses a light table as a workspace and desktop. I’ve never thought about doing this, but I think it’d be nice for somebody who worked with film all the time. If anything, it would save the person from getting up and walking over to a light table. But I can’t help but think of how annoying it must be to work with the lights coming from underneath your field of vision rather than from the top, especially with the glare that this must create.
In any case, it does make for a rather attractive workspace.
By the way, I uploaded a photo of my desk here.
