A government procession in Sri Lanka celebrating Mawlid, the birthday of the Prophet Mohammed was interrupted when a suicide bomber blew himself up in the middle of the crowd. The Sri Lankan government has accused the group known as Tamil Tigers for the attack that has left at least 14 dead.
