Gmail’s new Undo Send feature (in Gmail Labs) should hopefully solve the email problem of forgetting to include an attachment, thus reducing the amount of duplicate emails from senders. YES.

there’s an attachment detector in labs too….if that’s your only issue i would use that instead of this (it looks for words like “attached” in the message body and alerts you if you try to send without actually attaching something).
