Green Street Hooligans is one of the most intense films I’ve ever seen. I would gladly recommend this film to anybody wishing to see some real hardcore beatdowns and fights.
It’s funny though, I’ve come to the conclusion after watching this film that even the weakest of British thugs seems a thousand times more hardcore than their toughest American counterpart. It could be their accent or it could be the slang in general, but damn, I’d be scared to come across any of the main characters featured in this film.
If you need a really fantastic and entertaining movie to fill the void, this is most certainly it.

The english accents are AWFUL…that lead character who takes elija wood round london has the most bizarre english accent I’ve ever head, no wonder….he’s from Newcastle. A geordie putting on a cockney accent…NOT HAPPENING!
