Well, it looks like Imagi didn’t pull the cord on the Astro Boy movie production as rumored earlier. Yahoo! Movies posted a new teaser for Astro Boy last week and it looks like the film will be on track to be released on October 23, 2009 (my birthday!).
I’ll confess that I actually don’t know much about the original anime and the only reason I’m excited about this film is because it’s about a robot kid. And I’ve always wanted to be a robot or at least half-robot, so I’m excited to see what life like that would be like.
