I don’t really listen to Lil Wayne’s music but I will say that I am somewhat fascinated at his dizzying array of tattoos all over his body. I mean, this guy has just about every part of his upper torso covered in tattoos. Some of the tattoos seem meaningful while others seem like they weren’t thought of at all.
