Laurel from the University of Delaware was just named America’s Hottest College Girl ’09 by CollegeHumor and its voters. While certainly not ugly, I do find her somewhat unremarkable in her photographs. I’m beginning to think this competition only attracts a certain type of “pretty” individual.
Anyway, in my opinion, she’s not nearly as hot as last year’s winner.
She looks really bland – generically pretty, I guess. I mean, her features are all the right size/shape/in the right places, but she lacks the “x” factor, that allure that can make a woman timelessly beautiful.
Is there a little kid in the background of that black and white picture of her in her underwear? If so, hilarious.

Fair enough, Jake. I suppose I should have said instead that she’s attractive, but I’m not really attracted to her, aesthetically.
You guys have it all wrong. Maybe you’re all still in high school, but Laurel is beyond hot… Certainly way, way above average in beauty and self possession. In a world where over 60% of the population is overweight (over 35% obese), Laurel is not only hot among hot women, she’s achieving marks well outside of nearly all contenders. Laurel, if you read this, just make sure you hold fast to your values for fitness, health and beauty (both physically and intellectually) and you’ll be a rock star all of your life. Hot, hot, hot. And let Denise and Jack enjoy their Dairy Queen and Twinkies while they communicate online so nobody knows how sloppy they really are.
She is attractive, might catch your eye at a club, but she is really nothing special. I bartend and see 10 laurels a night, multiply that by all the bars in America and there are a lot of Laurels!
