Alex Roman (alias: 3Seventh) rendered these amazing images after seeing the Ryotaro Shiba Museum designed by Tadao Ando in person. Alex then spent 2 weeks modeling, texturing, rendering and compositing the library-museum he remembered in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and V-Ray.

None of the images in this post are actual photographs. If you want to see more of Alex Roman’s work, definitely check out this post over at Autodesk.

Oo, I did a mini-report on Tadao Ando when I was an architecture student. He has some cool stuff.

And that “library” makes me think of the one in Beauty and the Beast.
