Dustin Curtis is an interface designer who was so fed up with American Airlines’ outdated and confusing website that he decided to take it upon himself to redesign the whole site. At a company as large as American Airlines, I have a hard time figuring out why they even have their current website looking the way it does. It’s horrific and certainly makes me want to book my flights elsewhere. Hopefully Dustin and his redesign make some waves at AA Corporate.
