Police slam wrong man into the wall

May 22, 2009 @ 2:03 pm

Wow, somebody is either losing a job or getting severely punished for this.

The man shown being slammed into the wall was wrongly identified as a suspect in an assault. The body slam left the innocent 29-year-old victim in a coma. MESSED UP.

No, you’re wrong unfortunately, they have ruled this head slamming was “a tragedy” but nothing more. The plainclothes sheriff’s apparently doing bus duty in the area, chased after this innocent victim because a female said he was part of a crime that had just been committed. Allegedly, the sheriff’s identified themselves but the victim kept running so when they caught up to him they slammed his head. Why? He had no gun, no knife and was presenting no danger other than running out of fear because two big guys are chasing him. The area this happened in “Belltown” is both affluent and poor, so I don’t think the victim trusted that they were cops, I mean thugs can just as easily yell “police” as real police. I think it will be just like El Monte California recently, the cop delivered a “distraction blow”, in CA it is legal. I’m not sure if it is in Washington State, but you can bet the sheriff will get off scot-free. Maybe, the parents will sue for some medical payments but they’ll blame it on the person that gave the erroneous eyewitness account.
