This is pretty neat. Matt Bergstrom draws and designs a bunch of famous New York City landmarks on postcards for Wurlington Brothers Press which can be turned into miniature model sets. Each postcard is $1.50 and includes all the parts you need to complete one structure. The instructions are posted online if you so happen to order a postcard.
At the moment, you can choose from the AT&T building, Citicorp Center, Empire State Building, Flatiron Building, Washington Square Arch, and an IRT train car.
