In a rare talk show appearance as himself, Sacha Baron Cohen talked about what it took to get an interview with an actual terrorist for a segment in the movie, Bruno. The story — if true — is pretty outrageous and funny.

hmm
seems to me there is a bitterness between cohen and letterman. i think cohen is attempting to embarrass and ridicule letterman just like his other interviewers and subjects in bruno. just because its letterman doesn’t mean cohen is going to play easy or nice, he’s bruno. in this interview cohen is definitely attacking letterman in a very subtle way.
