News just broke from @zappos that the company has been sold to Amazon.com. All existing shareholders of Zappos stock will exchange their stock for Amazon.com stock.
Zappos CEO, Tony Hsieh, insists that Zappos is merely a “wholly-owned subsidiary” of Amazon.com and that the company will operate as normal.
