What is the optimal temperature for sleep?

Here’s what I learned today: According to an article in The New York Times, the optimal temperature for sleep is between 60 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Studies have shown that temperatures too far above or below these numbers result in restlessness.

Cool, no?
