The answer? NEVER.
I’m finding Flash increasingly useless and prohibiting when it comes to getting a good user-experience out of the web. I understand that Flash has been around long enough to make it nearly impossible to eradicate overnight, but for the love of God, please stop making entire websites out of Flash. Ads, banners, and simple animations are fine, but not the whole website. PLEASE.
haha this is too funny, I think the only time a Flash Intro is acceptable is if you are a huge tool or if your website exists to prove that you are a tool.

Too many people over use flash. It’s just not needed.
