BMW uses a model to test cabin wind turbulence

I didn’t actually think this could be avoided in a convertible, but apparently, BMW has managed to design the most recent BMW 3-series so that the wind is virtually not a distracting factor when driving with the top down. To demonstrate this, BMW asked Dutch model Sylvie van der Vaart to sit in a 1987 3-series and a mdoern 3-series to show the differences in cabin turbulence due to the air passing over the car. [via]
