Thanksgiving has come and gone and for some reason, the thought of deep-fried turkeys have been on my mind. Maybe it’s because I watched Coolio deep-fry a turkey on video. But maybe it’s because I saw the Iron Chef episode last night where they made deep-fried turkey platters.
Anyway, it turns out that deep-frying a turkey is actually quite a dangerous activity as witnessed in this video above. If I fry a turkey next year, I won’t be setting anything on fire hopefully.
Deep fried turkey is so good I can’t go back to regular oven baked. We deep fry ours in Rice Oil and it is so delicious!!
