Review: Anon Hawkeye snowboarding goggles

You already saw a preview photo of these Anon Hawkeye goggles about a week ago, and now I’m back to say that these are

I was sent a pair of Anon Hawkeye goggles a few weeks ago and after having tested them on the slopes last weekend, I’m fairly certain that these should at least be on your list of things to get this winter if you’re planning on hitting the mountain.

The goggles offer a very wide angle of view with a crisp yellow-ish tone to block out potentially blinding white snow and sun/glare. The lens on the Anon Hawkeye is a dual spherical lens developed by Anon that is separated by an area of mesh breathing space to make sure that the lens doesn’t fog up from the heat coming off of your face during extreme sports. The foam padding around the goggles are adequate and comfortable. I really don’t have any complaints in terms of comfort and looks. And given the fact that the Anon Hawkeyes come in a wide variety of colors, I bet you’ll find one that suits your style easily.

and unlike some other goggles I’ve used, I didn’t have to turn my head more than usual to see what was on the side of me or behind me. In fact, I didn’t have to really adjust any of my normal habits to fit in with the viewing angle of these goggles — if I wanted to look left, I just looked left and that was that. Get them now for $125 and up.
