Dpt4D just posted part two of their taste-maker video series, this time focusing on Syphon coffee at Intelligentsia Coffee in Venice, California. While I’ve had a perfect cup of espresso before, I’ve never actually had a cup of syphoned coffee (is that the correct term?), and watching this video really makes me want to search out a place that does coffee like this in NYC. It’s a bit over the top when I just want something quick and to-go, but I imagine that it tastes a heck of a lot better than traditional drip-coffee too.
