Over at ASCIImeo (a project by Peter Nitsch), you can now search for and view any Vimeo video in ASCII text. The conversion is apparently done in real-time which is sorta neat. There’s really no reason for it I guess, except that it’s sometimes fun to view at things in the way they were not intended to look.
