I saw Shutter Island with one half of 98Thompson last night and it was amazing! There’s a reason why the movie has an incredible 8.5/10 rating on IMDB and that’s because it’s a great thriller with a twist that you might think you’ve got figured out in the middle of the film…and then the whole thing flips the switch again and you’re left wondering what the heck is happening until the very end of the film. Martin Scorsese ties the whole story together so nicely and I left the theater thinking that that movie was well worth the ticket price.

If you’re going to see it, I suggest you pay close attention to everything. Oh, and don’t worry about being scared. It’s not really a scary movie (even though the trailer made it look like it was).
