Tokyo/Glow is a film by Jonathan Bensimon that follows a night stroll of an illuminated man from a crosswalk sign in Tokyo. To get the illuminated full-body suit effect, the crew rigged a translucent nylon outer shell with hundreds of feet of high-voltage LED rope lights.
