When I think of doorbells, I don’t normally think of something that should be well-designed and beautiful. I mean, it’s purely a functional item to let people know you’re at the door and other than those few seconds where you have to locate it to press it, who really cares what it looks like, right?

Well, Spore is out to change that with these True Doorbell Buttons in black, bronze, and brushed aluminum. Each doorbell is customizable with different LED colors. If I had a home, I’d put this at my front door. Heck, I sorta want to put this beside my room door just because it looks so nice. [via]
