The New York Times’ Lens blog has a captivating series of photographs taken by James Nachtwey of various patients suffering from TB. The photos are painful to view. If you want to see more and find out a bit about James’ TB project, you can visit the 401 Projects Gallery at 401 West Street in Manhattan to see his current exhibition entitled “Struggle to Live: The Fight Against TB”. The exhibit will be up until March 25th (only a few days left).
